Positive: Nice little studio apartment fitting family of 4. Ideal for short transit stops or as a cheaper accommodation to visit Milan. Has free parking space. Well equipped kitchenette. Washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Nice local cafe next door worth visiting.

Positive: Apartment is a great value for money. We used it as a base for visiting Milano, Lake Como and Verona. Apartment is clean and kitchen is fully equipped. There are many grocery stores options within 10 mins drive. There is free parking within property. Instructions and communication with the host was super easy.
Negative: This is not really a complaint but just something to take into account. Differently from our expectation the apartment did feel a bit small for four people. And it is also unfortunate that NETFLIX accounts provided by the host didn't work. Nevertheless, this is a great value for money stay and we would happily visit again.

Positive: The best part was the location in the traditional backyard. We were grateful for other reviews pointing out not to be worried at first glance, which convinced us to book (despite my partner being very skeptical to start with). We found out that the yard is under cultural protection and therefor remains in the condition it is. It is super cozy! And the neighbors are as original as one can wish, very friendly. And the apartment is brand new, extraordinarily clean and practical and has a wonderful personal touch, providing a feeling of coming home. It has everything one needs, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds, both the double bed and the sofa bed. The breakfast provided was very sufficient and made up of local snacks - which we loved! There is a private parking spot assigned to the apartment as well - and the instructions provided were super explicit and helpful. The same accounts for the instructions on how to use the code lock, and how to find the entrance to the yard. Communication in general was very prompt, polite and descriptive. Also, close by is a very local pizzeria run by parents and their son, which was convenient for dinner even when the evening rain hit. Overall, if you are looking for a convenient, cozy and cost-efficient place to stay close to Milano (reachable by train, though we took the car), this is the perfect place!
